Steve Carrick and Tom Traficanti have been promoted at Reno-based Heritage Bank of Nevada.
Carrick, previously vice president for bank operations and regulatory compliance, now will be senior vice president of branch administration and compliance.He's been with Heritage Bank since 1998.
Before joining Heritage Bank, he worked for 13 years at Wells Fargo Bank (previously First Independent Bank) and managed three bank branches.
Carrick holds a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Traficanti, who previously was senior vice president and real estate lending manager, has been named senior vice president and chief credit officer.
He will oversee commercial, real estate, consumer and Small Business Administration lending.
A commercial and real estate lender in northern Nevada since 1987, Traficanti joined Heritage Bank in 2001.
He earned a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a master's degree in business from UNR.
