Kingdom Ventures Inc., a publicly held company headquartered at Minden, said it hired the firm of E.
Randall Gruber CPA to serve as its independent accountant for the fiscal year, which ended Jan.
31, 2005.
In May, Kingdom Ventures' board fired its previous accountants, Kabani & Co.
Inc.
before it completed its audit of last year's financial results.
