Toby Baird has been promoted to account supervisor at Switchback Public Relations in Truckee.
Shelly Purdy has been promoted to senior account executive at the firm and Lulu Bael will become account coordinator.
Baird joined the firm two years ago and has worked with accounts including East West Partners, Ski Lake Tahoe and Dragonfly restaurant.
Purdy joined Switchback a year ago after working in TV broadcasting.
Bael previously worked as an intern with Switchback for five months and is a recent graduate of Tufts University in Boston with a bachelor's degree in international relations and economic development.
