Harrah's employees aid Meals on Wheels

Harrah's Hotel and Casino employees raised $3,690 in a special poker tournament last month to benefit Washoe County's Meals on Wheels program.

Participating in the Harrah's Reno tournament were 153 employees.

The poker tournament is part of a nationwide effort sponsored by Harrah's to support the program.Nationally,Harrah's has pledged $2 million to Meals on Wheels.

Winners in the local tournament will compete in the poker tournament finals in Las Vegas on June 2.
