Royal Standard Minerals of Sparks said last week it closed a $525,000 private placement of 1.5 million common shares and warrants to purchase 750,000 shares at 50 cents each before April 26, 2007.
The company will use the money to complete construction of its Gold Wedge gold project in Nye County.
