David Leonard has been named senior area manager for the U.S.
Small Business Administration in northern Nevada.
An SBA staffer for 12 years, Leonard has served as chief of economic development in Alabama; chief of finance and portfolio management in Georgia; national examiner of SBA preferred lenders throughout the United States and its territories; and a disaster loan officer.
A native of Alabama, he holds a master's degree in finance and international business from Georgia State University.
