Reno Design District to break ground this year

WM Architects Nevada completed the design for the Reno Design District, a home improvement business park located on Old Virginia Road off of Highway 395. Lainer Investments of Van Nuys, California is the developer. Construction is will to begin this fall.

The district consists of four buildings totaling 235,600 square feet. The speculative buildings at 168,208 square feet, 33,000 square feet, 10,400 square feet and 24,000 square feet are designed for retail tenants in the home improvement industry. The retail showroom suites range in size from approximately 2,200 to 32,000 square feet.

The Reno, Nevada office of CB Richard Ellis is the broker for this project. IRE Development of San Diego, California is serving as construction manager.
