Bully's, a Reno-based chain of sports bars and grills, has leased a build-to-suite building in Minden for its ninth location.
The 6,500-square-foot restaurant, the company's first in Douglas County, is scheduled to open in spring 2007. Jack Brower, an advisor with Sperry Van Ness in Carson City, represented Bully's in the transaction.
