Andy Backstrom has been promoted to commercial banking team leader for U.S. Bank in northern Nevada. He previously was a senior commercial lender with the bank.
Backstrom, who has been with U.S. Bank since 1998, has worked nearly 20 years in the financial industry.
He earned a bachelor's degree from San Jose State University and a master's degree in finance from the University of Nevada, Reno.
