Melodie Osborn, a registered nurse, has been named telemetry unit manager for Saint Mary's. She previously was interim manager of the unit.
Osborn began her career in health care in 1998 and joined Saint Mary's in 2000 as an apprentice nurse.
She earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno, in 2002 and expects to complete a master's of business degree in healthcare management at the end of the current semester.
