Leroy's Race & Sports Books opened a sports betting operation at John Ascuaga's Nugget last week.
Leroy's and the Nugget plan extensive renovation including installation of kiosk-style betting machines to the 15,000-square-foot sports and race book area previously occupied by a CalNeva location.
