A Kansas-based maker of plumbing, hydronic heating and commercial piping products has leased 135,000 square feet from DP Partners in Stead.
Viega LLC of Wichita leased the space in a newly completed building developed by DP Partners at 12040 Moya Blvd., said Mike McCabe, vice president of leasing for DP in Reno.
Leasing is under way on the remaining 120,000 square feet of the warehouse and distribution building in DP's Silver Lake Business Center. The space can be divided to spaces as small as 30,000 square feet.
McCabe noted that the building includes vibrant accent colors, gray-tinted glass, varied rooflines and three-dimensional architectural features to break up the fa ade of the concrete tilt-up structure.
It's part of the 287-acre Silver Lake Business Center, which also includes facilities operated by General Motors, DuPont and Michellin among others.
