Dennis P. Gauger has been named chief financial officer and principal accounting officer of Sparks-based Golden Phoenix Minerals, Inc.
He succeeds Larry Kitchen as principal accounting officer for Golden Phoenix, although Kitchen will continue to oversee day-to-day accounting activities.
Gauger's exerience includes nine years as an accounting and auditing partner for a major international accounting firm. He also has served as president, CFO and compliance consultant for other private and public companies.
He is an accounting graduate of Brigham Young University.
