Colliers International selected to manage Magnolia portfolio

Colliers International has taken over property management of The Magnolia Companies portfolio of office buildings in the Reno area.

The portfolio includes nearly 300,000 square feet in eight properties: Magnolia Village, Magnolia Double R, Magnolia Dermody 1, Magnolia Dermody 2, Magnolia Dermody 3, Magnolia South Meadows III, Magnolia South Meadows IV and Magnolia Commons.

The Magnolia Companies previously handled its management in-house.

"They saw that we could provide some economies of scale," said Judy Cook, director of property management at Colliers International's office in Reno.

She said Colliers will add two maintenance employees and an administrative staff member to handle the additional work.
