South Meadows Executive Suites begins leasing

Leasing has begun at South Meadows Executive Suites, a new 22-suite complex at 9190 Double Diamond Parkway.

Suites in the complex range from 160 square feet to approximately 240 square feet.

The project owned by South Meadows Executive Suites LLC totals 4,200 square feet of leasable area in a 7,360-square-foot building.

Phyl Brown, who manages the executive suites, said the building includes a top-drawer telecommunications system and individually controlled heating and air conditioning in each suite.
