D & D Roofing and Sheet Metal will start work on the final $2.2 million phase of the Village at Northstar, including the roof work and architectural sheet metal.
The three-phase $4.1 million project is the biggest job his company has handled since in began operation 29 years ago, says Ken Dillon, president.
When the final phase is completed, the Village will include seven new buildings with 213 luxury condominiums.
