Joe Locurto has been named rural economic development coordinator for the Nevada Commission on Economic Development.
Locurto previously worked at Uinta County State Bank in Mountain View, Wyo., business and community relations representative.
Earlier, Locurto was the director for Uinta County Economic Development Commission in Evanston, Wyo.
He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming.
