Silver State Liquor completes new warehouse

Precision Construction Inc.

of Las Vegas said last week it's completed construction of a 149,000-square-foot distribution facility for Silver State Liquor and Wine.

It's in Spanish Springs Business Center on Pyramid Highway in Spanish Springs Valley.

The facility includes a 35,000-square-foot wine room and a conveyor system that can handle 2,000 cases per hour.

Emmett Bishop was superintendent on the job, and Jim Fenich was the construction manager.
