Pelin Eldelek has been hired as a project estimator in the northern Nevada office of Clark & Sullivan Constructors.
Eldelek earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from Gazi University in Turkey, a professional degree in construction management and continues her pursuit of a master's degree in business from the University of Nevada, Reno.
