Reynen & Bardis starts work on offices in Reno

Reynen & Bardis will move its northern Nevada headquarters to a 1.7-acre site at Rock and Longley.

"We've outgrown our Sparks location," says says Ted Erkan, division president of the homebuilder. "We've made a commitment to the northern Nevada market and we're growing with it."

The 33,000-square-foot headquarters building will house Reynen & Bardis' home building, sales, construction, land acquisition and development departments.

The company broke ground last month and plans to move its 120 area employees into the new space next summer, says Randy McReynolds, vice president of construction.

Truckee Meadows Construction broke ground in early October on the two-story concrete tilt up says Brad Watega, vice president at Truckee Meadows Construction. Design is by Don Mackey Architect Ltd.
