George Mata-Diaz has been hired as a chef at the Wild Horse Saloon and Restaurant east of Sparks.
Mata-Diaz previously worked at the Oyster Bar at the Atlantis Resort Casino, and was a chef in the coffee shops at Harrah's Reno and Boomtown. He also works a second job as a disc jockey on Radio Lazer, 107.7.
