Butcher Boy, with a meat, deli and catering service in Sparks, plans to open a second location at 7300 S. Virginia in January, says Ken Jolly, owner. The 17,000-square-foot store on a one-acre lot will employ about 20; the Sparks location employs 12.
"We're bustin' at the seams," says Jolly, adding that the new location will serve the growth in south Reno.
