Karen Nichols has been named special events manager at Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
Nichols was most recently the director of catering and convention services for Circus Circus Reno.
She has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry including positions in sales, convention services and catering at the Eldorado Hotel Casino.
