Susan Sutton of Virginia City, Candy Dollan of Fallon and Bruce Rettig of South Lake Tahoe won Excellence in Tourism awards from the Nevada Commission on Tourism.
Sutton, executive director of Virginia City Convention & Tourism Authority, was recognized for her dedication and passion for the Tourism Cares for Tomorrow project.
Dolan, who works with the Fallon Convention and Tourism Authority, was recognized for her behind-the-scenes dedication to tourism in Fallon and the region.
Rettig, owner and creative director of Charter Advertising/Design Inc., was recognized for his marketing work for more than 10 communities in rural Nevada.
