First Independent plans fifth branch

First Independent Bank of Nevada plans to begin construction this summer on a branch location in Spanish Springs.

The 3,700-square-foot branch will be at Los Altos at Galleria Parkway in the Spanish Springs Town Center. It will be the fifth branch in northern Nevada for First Independent Bank.

Designed by Gregory L. Erny, A.I.A., of Architects +, the branch is scheduled to be completed later this year.
