Abbi Holtom Whitaker of Reno has been named vice president of Lyman Public Relations, a virtual public relations company headquartered at Napa, Calif.
Whitaker, who will be based in Reno, will oversee real estate and hospitality accounts in the Western United States, Mexico, Costa Rica and Hawaii.
She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor of arts degree in journalism.
