NAI Alliance brokers Dan Oster, Dominic Brunetti and Kelly Bland have obtained a listing agreement with the Desert Research Institute for 328 acres of land. Oster will oversee all leasing of available industrial property, Brunetti will oversee leasing of office property, and Bland will oversee leasing of available retail property at the institute.
The park is operated by DRI Research Parks, Ltd.
