Renown Health has purchased approximately 15 acres at Eagle Canyon and Pyramid Highway for $5.22 million. Renown executives said no plans are in place for development of the property.
Ken Mattison of Grubb & Ellis|NCG represented the seller, Spanish Springs Associates, in the transaction.
