David Webb has been promoted to director of human resources at Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village.
Webb previously worked for the college as payroll manager and financial analyst for five years. He has 20 years of experience in human resources and accounting management with McDonald's franchise stores in the Lake Tahoe area and with Genoa Lakes Golf Course.
