She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
Kovaltchouk was promoted to assistant media buyer from agency coordinator. She joined the company in mid-2006 after working at the Grill at Quail Corners and Action Strategies in Reno.
Kovaltchouk graduated from UNR with a bachelor's degree in international business.
