Amanda O'Connor has been named restaurant supervisor at The Resort at Red Hawk.
She previously held restaurant management positions including work at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar locations.
O'Connor earned a bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from the State University of New York.
