D & D Roofing and Sheet Metal of Sparks has landed five jobs at Tahoe Reno Industrial Center that total 2.7 million square feet and $3 million in revenue.
The largest job is a 601,000-square-foot building being constructed by ProLogis. The others include a Trammell Crow building at 500,000 square feet, Union Property Capital's 500,000-square-foot distribution center, Tire Rack's 311,000-square-foot distribution center and PBP's 300,000-square-foot building.
