Eden Energy Corp. of Vancouver said last week a joint venture in which it's participating won state and federal permits to drill an oil well in White Pine County.
State records show Faskin Oil and Ranch Ltd. of Midland, Texas, holds the permit to drill the well, the 11th permitted in Nevada this year.
Eden Energy said no timetable has been set for drilling.
