Ricci Elkins has joined Starks & Associates of Reno as an associate specializing in the sale, lease, and acquisition of unique-use facilities for schools, day cares, educational businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations.
Elkins previously worked 12 years as a consultant to public charter schools and is the founder of the Center For Charter School Development and the Charter School Education Consortium.
She earned a master's degree in educational administration and supervision with a focus on business from Arizona State University.
