Grant Siwinski has been appointed as Manager of the Safety and Quality Assurance Division for Public Utilities Commission (PUCN). Siwinski replaces Craig Steele who has retired.
Siwinski joined the PUCN in 1999 as a Policy Advisor. Prior to coming to the PUCN, he spent over 12 years as a Senior Financial Analyst with the Maine Public Utilities Commission. Siwinski has over 30 years experience in energy utility regulation with both the Commissions and the energy companies.
Siwinski received a bachelor of science degree in business from Loyola College, an MBA from Morgan State University and an MA in Regulatory Economics from New Mexico State University.
