TMCC wins marketing awards

Truckee Meadows Community College won four national awards from the National Council for Marketing & Public Relations.

The college's public information office was awarded a gold award for a radio advertisement featuring the nursing program, a gold award for color photography that featured a dancer from the 2006 Multicultural Festival, a silver award for a recruitment brochure sent to Washoe County residents entitled called "Change Your Life," and a bronze award for the television ad series featuring both nursing and automotive technician training.
