Alain Gregoire has been hired to serve
was the sommelier for the new wine bar,
"Reserve," scheduled to open in late May at
Grand Sierra Resort and Casino.
Gregoire, a native of Deauville, France,
has the manager and sommelier at Roxy's in
the Eldorado since 1996. He has worked in
Reno since 1966.
