Lease in mall to be auctioned

The lease on a 3,600-square-foot location in Meadowood Mall occupied by The Bombay Co. will be auctioned.

DJM Realty of New York City, hired by Bombay to auction its retail and distribution center leases, said last week it expects the auction to be scheduled in mid-December. The Bombay Co., a home accessories retailer with 335 stores nationwide, is operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
