Joseph Waltuch has been named mortgage lending commissioner in Nevada, succeeding Scott Bice. Bice resigned to enter private business this summer.
Waltuch has worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 30 years and worked as a senior attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Commission.
He's based in the Mortgage Lending Division office in Las Vegas.
