Jack Isenberg has been promoted to project manager in the general engineering division of Q&D Construction.
He is overseeing schedule development and plan review for site work at The Legends by Sparks Marina for RED Development.
Isenberg joined Q&D as an operator in 1993 and was promoted to foreman in 1994.
