Colliers International reported last week that the 18.4 percent vacancy rate in downtown Reno office buildings is the fifth highest among the 52 U.S. markets it tracks closely.
The vacancy rate of 16.9 percent in suburban Reno and Sparks is the ninth-highest among U.S. markets, the commercial brokerage said.
