Dr. Michael J. Fischer, an ophthalmologist in Carson City and past president of the Nevada Medical Association, and Dr. James Colgan, a Carson City urologist and medical director of Physician Select Management in Carson City, have been named by Gov. Jim Gibbons to a special healthcare issues advisory panel.
