Panattoni Development Co. said last week it contracted with Andie Wilson, a sales agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial, to lease the Eagle Valley Commerce Center on Arrowhead Drive in Carson City.
The 87.000-square-foot center includes 14 units of flex industrial condominium space.
