Felicia O'Carroll, a certified public accountant with Kafoury, Armstrong & Co., will serve as 2008 president of HAWC Community Health Center.
Other officers include Carol Mattes, a registered nurse and therapeutic massage practitioner, vice president; Ralph Drake, retired executive director, treasurer; Dr. Richard Rafael, M.D., secretary; Richard Pugh, a freelance writer, immediate past president.
Board members include: Andrew Green of the City of Reno; Dr. Gerald Jackson, a retired dentist and owner of Beaujolais Bistro; Alma Perez-Chanes, the owner of Medical Staffing L.L.C.; patient advocates Norma Beales, John Cetina and Jimmy O'Connor; Laura Tellez of Nevada Hispanic Services; and Dr. Patty Rosenauer, Alliance with the Washoe County Medical Society.
