Kevin Hamilton has been promoted to senior project manager and estimator in the general engineering division of Q&D Construction.
Hamilton, who joined Q&D in 1998, currently oversees work on the USA Parkway Interchange at I-80.
He earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota.
