Bradley E. Woodring has been named manager for economic development for northern Nevada at Sierra Pacific Power Co.
Woodring joined Sierra Pacific Power in 2005 and has worked as a liaison with regional economic development authorities, land developers and companies seeking to relocate to Nevada.
He earned a bachelor's degree in communications from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona.
