Eric Boyden, M.D., has been named medical director of arthroplasty (joint replacement) services in the orthopedics department of Renown Regional Medical Center.
He succeeds Steve Cunningham, M.D., who retired this year.
Boyden has practiced at Reno Orthopaedic Clinic since 1993.
He graduated from Williams College in 1984, received his medical degree from the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine and completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic.
