James N. Meek has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Romarco Minerals Inc., a publicly held mining company headquartered in Sparks.
Meeks, a certified public accountant, most recently worked as CFO of Sterling Mining Co. He also has worked as treasurer and manager of budgeting and forecasting for Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation and as a consultant with Summit Assurance.
He earned a bachelor's degree from Rocky Mountain College and a master's degree in business from the University of Idaho.
