Doug McIntyre of John Dermody Ventures has been installed as 2009 president of the Northern Nevada/Tahoe Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Other officers will include Kevin Sigstad of Premier Properties of Nevada, vice president; and Mary Davis of Ensemble Real Estate, secretary-treasurer.
Board members include Sharon Cinadr of Ensemble Real Estate, who served as president of the group during 2008; Michele Merritt-Gardner of Gaston Wilkerson Association Services; Roland Montoya of Kromer
Investments and Nikki Tanner of EBMC.
Davis was recognized as the chapter's Certified Property Manager of the Year, Montoya as the Accredited Residential Manager of the Year and Premier Properties of Nevada as Accredited Management Organization of the Year.
In addition, Cinadr was recognized for contributions as chapter president this year.
