Lee Gibson has been named executive director of the Regional Transportation Commission.
Gibson has worked most recently as vice president and national technical director for planning for Parsons Brinckerhoff. Previously, he worked with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada as assistant general manager from 1999 to 2002 and director of planning from 1989 to 1999.
He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Texas Tech University and a master's in urban planning from the University of New Orleans.
